We have a small but specialist team of planners, panel installers and electricians who handle the entire process. By keeping things in house, efficiency, communication and workmanship are all under our direct control.

Yes. We pay for everything including the site surveys, planning, panels, installation, inverters, labour, monitoring, ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement as required.

You will not have to invest a penny, leaving you to deploy your capital to further grow your business.

There isn’t one, our business plan centers around a Win Win partnership.

We invest heavily, between £100,000-£250,000, in setting up a solar ground-mount system dedicated to your electricity needs.

You buy the electricity from us at a significantly cheaper rate than your current supplier, saving you thousands from year 1, but still at a level that eventually allows us to make a return on our investment.

That’s how both sides mutually benefit and its a Win Win.

Yes. Your farm uses the cheap solar produced as its primary electric supply & the expensive grid becomes your 24/7 backup.

In times of extra need or periods of low sunshine your electric supply will automatically switch from solar to the grid. This ensures you will always have power when you need it.

We own and maintain the physical structure, solar panels and related equipment that we install.

At the end of the contract we either enter into a new one together or we remove the equipment at our own cost.

You retain ownership of your land. We simply lease it from you for a peppercorn rent for the duration of the contract.

Typically 15–20 years, depending on the size and usage of the installation.

Shorter contracts will typically have higher kWh rates and longer contracts lower.

For example 20p per kWh for a 15 year contract, 16p per kWh for a 20 year contract.

We fix it at no cost to you. Full maintenance and monitoring are included.

The agreement can transfer to the new owner, just like a telecoms mast or renewable contract.

The access to cheap solar electricity should also add value to your sale if the farm is to be continued to be worked.
